We went to the Renaissance Festival! It was loads of fun. Nicole was so excited to jump on this fancy trampoline first thing. She was flipping and screaming and having all types of fun. Matthew threw axes and totally dominated. As his prize, he was knighted right there! On the spot! Sir Matthew threw knives and "oriental stars" after that. He's good with sharp stuff apparently. Then was the trek home. The sunset was looking all types of good for a long time. Good thing we had to pull over, because I got a good picture of it before we started moving again.

you know, i really didnt think that i would miss out on THAT fun of a day... but it turns out that i did! :( welp... maybe next year, eh?
