[You-for-bee-uh]
We have this awesome plant in the front yard. It's a member of the euphorbia family, and it has grown like wildfire this spring and I love it! I loved it in January too (see photo 1 of {this post} for an earlier photo). Anyway, these are the shoots of new growth at the very top of the plant, though there is new growth all over. It is definitely taller than me now. It wasn't nearly this tall back in January!

Oh Snap!
The snapdragons have exploded! They are looking all types of crazy good, and after waiting for six months it's about dang time!

Call Me Honey
I know you're sick of hearing it, but everything is gorgeous right now. Springtime has easily replaced any other season that may have been my favorite... Although I'm not sure I ever really had a favorite because they each offer such different opportunities. From here on out though, spring takes the cake simply because of the new green leaves, opening flowers, color everywhere, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. This is Mexican honeysuckle. Cool, eh? I thought so too.

Boom
The flower beds have exploded! The sweet peas are everywhere. Same with the poppies, though I didn't photograph those today.
I hadn't seen that yellow cactus flower before - I kind of freaked out. I took a bunch of pictures, but these were the only exciting ones. Still, it is such a neat plant!

Title of Post
If spring wasn't here already it is now. Everything is blooming like crazy. My favorite are all of the trees I see on campus that are blooming. A big old tree with flowers all over it - how could that not be cool? Anyway, this is a vine in my back yard that is positively covered in these flowers. I'll try to get a picture of the trees at school soon!
